I’m a Realtor in the Florida Keys and have been here for 20 years. I don’t think that it would be helpful for everyone, since most leasing offices aren’t arrange the way in which that Trimark is. Most leasing agents work for a single apartment complicated that’s separate from the corporate’s company workplace. In that way, they are actually limited. They are not educated on growth or advertising and marketing, they do not develop sturdy gross sales instruments, they don’t seem to be given loads of training on the finance aspect.
