A Brighton dream home created by Shane Warne with a massive garage including a car turntable, gym and space for a billiards table is impressing on the market.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 16 Park Street is scheduled for auction on February 13 with price hopes of $9.5-$10.45m from the sellers, who bought the pad from the spin king.

CoreLogic records indicate Warnie bought the 1236sq m property for $3.7m in July 2007 and sold it for $6.775m in December 2009 after completely transforming the site’s accommodation.

DEVELOPERS and first-home buyers have dominated the first full auction weekend across Brisbane with selling agents reporting the property market is strengthening ‘week by week’.
