The couple now live with this view in North Curl Curl.

The couple are shown standing beside a beach reserve with the sea breeze blowing and the noise of seagulls in the background and in just over one minute they sing the praises of local agent James Smyth, of Smyth Estate Agents.

Giovanni talk about Mr Smyth being honest, someone who returns calls and someone within their local community, while Marilyn talks about how Mr Smyth helped them negotiate a really good price for their home saying he was a good local guy, easy to work with and without a sell, sell, sell mentality. They both talked about the importance of supporting local businesses.

James Smyth posted the one minute video to social media and was amazed at the response.

Mr Smyth said the video was unscripted and he was amazed at the number of clicks it generated.

The video was only posted earlier this month however it was in fact recorded a couple of years ago after the couple had sold their North Manly home and had just bought the North Curl Curl property that they now live in.

Mr Smyth went with them to the auction and helped them get the house with beach views that they wanted. The video was filmed at the time and never aired, however with the real estate market coming out of COVID-19, Mr Smyth thought it might be an idea to post online the short clip to generate some business.

He said he has been amazed at the response and in particular the number of online views.

The power couple lived in this Freshwater cottage until 2006.
